Blaine Paxton Hall, MHS-CL, PA-C is a Physician
Assistant Hospitalist for Duke University Health System, Duke Regional
Hospital, Department of Hospital Medicine.
Hall is a NC Medical Society 2008 Leadership College
Scholar. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of
Physician Assistants, and the first chair of the Diversity Committee of
the NC Academy of Physician Assistants.
Hall received his B.S. degree from Roosevelt
University, Chicago; and his Physician Assistant medical training from
Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, NC. He
received his Masters in Clinical Leadership (MHS-CL) from Duke
University School of Medicine in August 2007.
Hall is a member of Mensa and Colloquy. He
is the founding president of AANPA, the American
Academy of Nephrology Physician Assistants. He is a member of The World Professional Association for
Transgender Health, Inc. (WPATH) and is a Project Consultant on the Standards of Care Revision 7 Committee.
